what to expect out of this website

01 .

This is a flag archive. These flags are related to identity vocabulary, of which can be related to: genders & neogenders, paraphilias, plurality & other mental disorders, sexualities & romantic orientations, transidentities, & medically unrecognized syndromes or culture bound syndromes.
01a .
When requests are open, you are allowed to send an ask about a certain identity that has not been posted on the blog or anywhere else on the internet. A definition of your term, if it is being coined can be very helpful. Credit will be attributed to you.
01b .
When requesting a vector or a redesign of a certain flag, please say as such, and attach the best resolution photo you can with your ask. If you are unable to send an ask with an embedded image (as with anons,) a pasted link of your reference image works as well. We ask that you also provide credit to the original coiner/designer/poster.

02 .

The act of posting a flag or term onto this website does not inherently mean I, the website owner "recoined" it. I am archiving flags/terms, not tacking my name onto the end of it. If a flag says a coiner is deleted, it will only say so; as usernames are not forever if foreited to a deletion. Sometimes, flags/terms are not crossposted before a user deletes, and their name is lost to time, but the flag/term is still known.
02a .
If you are the original coiner or designer of a term or flag, contact me via email to be attributed both on the tumblr blog and neocities website. Contacts can be found at the very bottom of the page.
02b .
Regardless of stance of the original coiner/designer, flags/terms will be credited back to them.

03 .

Oftentimes, discourse is tied to identity vocabulary. All flags and terms within this website have been collected from a variety of sources, some of which are gatekept communities. In the pursuit of posterity, all posts made on the tumblr blog are crossposted onto here. Both the tumblr account and this website free up these flags and terms for full, unmoderated public use.
03a .
For this reason, many flags or terms posted onto this website and the blog were taken explicitly not following the creators' DNI, or not asking for permission.
03b .
To make sure these terms/flags are for public use, no post will be deleted from either the tumblr or the website.

webmod

Primarily, this website is run by one moderator, Bishop. Any pronouns can be used for them, but officially, the usage is they/them/theirs. They're a 22-year-old disabled internet queer, with the conditions of autism, (CDD) complex dissociative disorder, (POTS) postural ortheostatic tachycardia syndrome, (PMDD) premenstrual dysphoric disorder, and mali-mali.

Officially, their system is known as Red Bishop, calling their system more of a council than any company or collective. Their origins are mixed - making them traumagenic and endogenic. As of the end of the year 2024, there are about 20 alters within their system.
